Stuart Ellison

Stuart is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent who has sold properties throughout Queensland from Cairns, Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays through to Thursday Island in the Torres Strait, before relocating to Buderim and continuing his success on the Sunshine Coast.

With a background in Building and Design, prior to working as an Agent, Stuart shares invaluable knowledge with his clients offering structural advice as well as ideas on refurbishment, renovations and extensions. Whether seeking to ‘value-add’ or just improve a property to enhance comfort and livability, Stuart can assist his clients to visualise the possibilities and unlock potential in every property.

I don’t just look at a house or an apartment as a material entity; I look at its design, structure and its future…what it can evolve into. I have properties sold to many investors and owner-occupiers that they were originally not interested in, as they didn’t look beyond what existed there and then. They then went on to enjoy attractive capital gain over time when I sold it for them at further down the track. The satisfaction I get from that is indescribable; it’s why I love what I do.

 Stuart attributes his success to strong negotiation skills gained over many years in sales and senior management roles, delivering exemplary customer service and good old fashioned hard work. He has genuine respect and empathy with his clients, many of whom he continues to stay in contact with well beyond settlement date.

Originally from Zimbabwe, growing up in Victoria Falls, Stuart is well travelled and despite his love for Africa, he firmly believes the Sunshine Coast is the best place in the world to live and is looking forward to many happy years here with his wife Ann and their two beloved dogs.
